Booked a stay (family room) at shortish notice as a base to visit York St John University!
Absolutely ideal for us, room was clean, today and fresh and served us very well.
We didn't arrive till later in the evening and the staff were expecting us and keys were there waiting for us on arrival.
Lovely staff, lovely room - excellent value for money.
Would recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.
