From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. Our room, which was kindly upgraded, was immaculate, stylishly designed, and offered exceptional comfort.
A complimentary bottle of champagne and Damson gin awaited us — such a thoughtful welcome. We enjoyed the gin so much that we bought a bottle from the gift shop before leaving. The hotel itself is stunning, with carefully curated fragrances throughout, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. We even brought a piece of Grantley Hall home by purchasing one of their lovely diffusers.
The amenities — The pool and relaxation areas — were truly world-class, and the gym was impressively large and exceptionally well-equipped.
Every aspect of our stay embodied true 5-star luxury.
Special thanks to Declan, Richardo, Lily, and Lucy — and honestly, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We can’t wait to return!
