O hotel é ótimo. Bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom e quarto espaçoso e moderno. O único porém são os preços dos produtos do minibar. Peguei duas águas (Minalba) por preguiça de ir ao mercado, resignada a pagar 16 reais cada (o que já é exorbitante). No entanto, na hora do checkout, me informaram que aquela água era premium e custava 32 cada garrafa de 300ml! No final, cobraram apenas uma, mas o preço é realmente surreal.
Fora isso, a estadia foi excelente.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean and comfortable rooms although slightly worn and dated room fixtures. Ask for a room away from the centre square if you're a light sleeper as the windows are not so soundproof.

Whilst the hotel is placed in an excellent location it does not meet a 5 star rating. The rooms are run down, with the start of mould and broken tiles in the bathroom, the staff are not always helpful and communication can be challenging when not in their native language. The hotel lacks facilities such as an iron in the room and the amenities of a gym and spa are very basic. The food in the restaurant was extremely slow to arrive and not of the quality one would expect in such a hotel. Overall we had a disappointing stay.
