A localização perto da Avenida das Americas é um ponto forte da hospedagem. Perto de restaurantes, lanchonetes e supermercados, além de estar próximo a chegada e saído do Recreio.
O acesso a internet deixou a desejar. Algumas áreas do Hotel você tem como acessar a inernet mas, no apartamento que me hospedei não consegui connectar.
