Hotel has all the amenities and top notch cleanliness. Front desk staff are a mixed bag of very rude and polite, I think it’s a case by case basis and not an enforced standard. To check out we waited 5 minutes before any staff made eye contact because they were busy doing something else, it seemed really rude and I hadn’t encountered that before. The breakfast is plentiful but not very tasty, the omellete wasn’t very good. Also to get to central Rio, google map says 30 minutes but mostly it is 1hr + given traffic so don’t stay here if you expect to do a lot of sightseeing. I personally wouldn’t stay again.

I attend ICSE conférence there and the hotel was great. My only concern is that they don't provide coffee machine in the rooms. Bring your bottle of water as they do not provide drinking water for free.
Also, I don't recommend to book tours with them as they are far from the touristic area and pick you at 7 but you spent 2 hours for them to pick up people and the guide in several hotels.

El Hotel muy bueno, bien ubicado y a pasos de la playa.
Lo único a reclamar es que hice la reserva varios meses antes a través de booking y a pocos días del viaje empezaron a solicitar actualización de medio de pago y finalmente anularon la reserva. Tuve que reservar por otro lado, pero no fue misma pieza ni incluía desayuno...nadie del hotel respondió a pesar de pedir ayuda.

Spent way too much time waiting for elevators, half of them were not functioning. Hotel appears outdated, needs a reno.
