The fact that the property is a walking distance to the mall and mode of transport were easily accessible.
I didn’t like that there were no utensils when we want to drink coffee and the wooden sticks that are used as utensils don’t really do the job properly.

Staff at the concierge / reception is amazing. Caroline was outstanding and the lady at the concierge that organised a tour for us was amazing.
Nothing really related to the hotel but the traffic to get to the hotel is terrible and it discourages people to go around the City
