Room's a good size, great price, check-in is 3pm, check-out is midday, which is very civilized. I'd definitely stay again.

Everyone made all of us feel really welcome, especially the most important member of our party - Elmo (the dog.) We would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lincoln and will certainly be returning ourselves.

A great place to stay, right in the middle of Lincoln. Comfortable and good size room. Would recommend. Will stay again.

Fantastic communication and entry details However once in the room we were faced with a very bad damp or sewage smell from the bathroom, if we were not in a hurry and staying longer I would have asked to vacate. Secondly there was not a plug point that could be used for the kettle as the kettles lead was too short for the plug above the TV. Obviously not ideal and a huge Health and Safety hazard. Only 2 used toilet rolls present not enough for the duration of Robert Ayersstay . Overall poor experience. Awaiting response Thank you
