Anna and Iain were very warm and welcoming. Stunning home and the room was lovely. The continental breakfast was great and the extras that came with it. The back garden was a lovely place to sit and relax. I loved looking at all the little bits and bobs and left with some bling :) I couldn't have found a better place to stay in Lincoln.

Lovely friendly hosts, lovely room and a beautiful garden. The breakfast had a good choice and I always love somewhere that does cold meats and cheese for breakfast.

Hosts we're a lovely couple, very friendly and enthusiast about their guest house. Room was quirky but in a good way that we liked and it was clean and well presented. Breakfast was very good and substantial.
