Certainly not great... The room was very small. It was on the ground floor, so there was a lot of noise from people walking by on Friday night. My room, number 1, was right by the entrance, next to the front door: so late at night and early in the morning there were loud bangs every time someone came in or out, with the door slamming.
On the positive side: the shared bathroom wasn’t as bad as I expected — it was clean and nice.
Extremely negative note: the *** of a manager had forgotten about me. He didn’t send me any check-in instructions; when I arrived at the property around 7 p.m., there was no one there; and he didn’t reply to my emails. I had to contact Agoda customer service to get that guy to respond. In short: unprofessional management.
