Beautifully decorated and completely spotless. All rooms were stylish and maintained well. Stunning bathrooms, modern and bright with underfloor heating. The beds were comfortable and cosy. Triple glazing, although even when we kept the window open we heard no noise from outside. The hosts were fantastic, they really care that their guests have a great experience and clearly take great pride in their work, as they should. We would stay again!

Highly recommend staying here. It is a beautiful place in a great location. We were upgraded to a larger room which was lovely and perfect for us. A peaceful night’s sleep in comfy beds.
It’s a short bus ride into Oxford and also a short walk to various places to eat and get a drink. Enjoyed a drink at Oxtwo.
The breakfast was a really high quality. Loved the home made granola & the cooked options were lovely.

Small bathroom with glass wall so very little privacy, but the shower was nice

Very friendly and informative welcome and stay. Lamar was an excellent host. Breakfast was high quality. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would recommend to friends and family and look forward to returning when we visit Oxford next time.
