Very nice, cosy and comfortable room.
I was on the ground floor, not far from the entrance/reception, and it was a bit noisy with a lot of passage and people talking in the corridor

Parking would be an issue if you stay for more than one night. Limited parking space in main B&B sight.

Very clean and comfortable with an excellent sized room.
Staff very friendly.
Plenty of tea and coffee making supplies with fresh milk which was replenished daily
Deliveroo worked well
Parking was tricky with no free spaces on site. However parking was available in street around the corner but you had to be moved by 8 or 9 am depending on the side of the road you parked and could not return until late afternoon as the spaces were limited to residents parking.
Some elements of the continental breakfast were not brilliant - croissants not fresh but otherwise satisfactory
Could do with some mugs rather than the small cups
