Convenient to town center. Very clean. No problem to access property and drop off bags early. Tea/coffee in room. Good breakfast. Appreciates the fan in the room. Near a nice pub that does food.
Something to know that is beyond the owner’s control is that Botley Road is inaccessible by vehicle around the railway station. It’s already been that way for 2 years and will be for many more months. That means instead of a 2 min Uber to property with bags from the railway station, it’s now 20-25 mins around Oxford. Same if you want an Uber into center. However, you can still access by walking.

It is calm and cosy, in a quieter location but still close to everything. Good value too.

Felt very safe there. A very good selection of breakfast supplies. Lots of hot water. A stand fan if needed.

Within walking distance of the train station, the river, and the town.
Difficult to locate because of road construction. No connection with managers or owners. Email instructions for picking up room keys. Serve yourself breakfast.
