Staff was wonderful: Welcoming and friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Everything was updated/renovated while keeping the old charm of the building. Snacks/waters in room were nice touch! Lots of fluffy towels provided. Felt safe and comfortable.

Staff were very helpful. Room was ready early. Decor a bit dated but bathroom more modern. Shower absolutely dreadful, very low water pressure and a stonestream head which is awful if you have thick hair to wash!
Overall a nice weekend and I would stay again.

The hotel is near the train station and near the City Centre. Our room was clean and big enough for 3 persons. There is no lift there, with heavy bags or for older people this might be a problem. The bathroom also had a good size but it was nearly impossible to shower with a convenient temperature, either too hot or too cold. The staff was friendly.
