    The apartment was well equipped and a good size. The shared facilities including games and complimentary snacks was a bonus for the kids. A good option when travelling with children!

    A great location, walking distance to most chistmas markets and Koln dom. Friendly staff, free hot drinks and a pay 24 hr laundry on site. Supermarket and U station within a short walk. Basic kitchen facilities no scissors, sharp knives or toaster. Kettle kid was broken but worked Microwave states only to warm food not cook as may set off fire alarm! Overall we would stay again as we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment mainly just for breakfast and to sleep.

    I love stay here with my family. The facilities is good. Free flow for hot drink..We love it ..The staff is very friendly except the reception guy wearing the earing is arrogant and not friendly. Didnt like the guy..But other staff is very good and helpful

    Highly recommended. I heartily suggest it. I'll make another reservation at this hotel if I ever get the chance to visit Cologne. It's a handy location. The Cologne Cathedral, restaurants, stores, and ATMs are all close by, particularly the central station. We are grateful to the amazing reception personnel. They are really amiable and accommodating.
