    Hotel is really old. I dont know where the 4 stars come from. It doesnt even have heating but old airco that can heat up. But it is falling apart and making terrible noise. Room doesnt looks like on picture at all. It is much older and dirtyer. Only bathroom looks good. I broke my arm just before coming,so I came with broken arm, but due to much pain and swelling in my hand I had to go back home and not use second payed night in hotel. I didnt got any refund , because they treat it as no show. I found this hotel more as 2 stars then 4.

    Good location, breakfast is good. Wifi not so good. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Room and bathroom are spacious. Showerwindow does not prevent water to go to the floor. Parking lot is limited and people park all over the place blocking others, that was very annoying.

    It was our first time visiting the city, and the weather was windy and rainy during our short stay. We mostly rested at the hotel before continuing our trip to the Netherlands. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take the bus or train to get around, but that was fine. We still enjoyed the calm atmosphere and our time in Cologne. We also had the chance to visit the Lindt Chocolate Museum, which was a lovely experience. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay!

    On arrival we were told they did not have the room we booked so my 8 year old daughter had to sleep on the floor. We were not offered additional bedding or towels and had to ask for them. We had a room change the following day, but still the room was only made up for two people. Had to ask for towels for a third person. Housekeeping on two occasions gave us new towels, but rubbish was left in Our room and we were not given fresh cups or some more coffee. By far the worst Leonardo Hotel we have used.
