    I am currently staying in this hotel, in room 407. The hotel is adequate. Location is excellent. The rooms are functional but nothing special. My main annoyance is the shower. It is of very low flow and took several minutes to warm up so it could be used this morning. Downstairs feels very cramped, it is not a relaxing hotel. The single lift is way under capacity. I waited 10 minutes for space to travel to the 4th floor. They are doing outside works which blocks off the entrance today so you have to access the hotel via an emergency exit. There was no warning of this e.g. no note under the door, which is quite unacceptable. This is not an inexpensive hotel. Based on my experience so far I am disappointed with it.
