The location is good, near centre of town, close to the main roads.
Decor was new and tasteful.
Key handover at a different place, challenge with parking.
The flat is NOT within 5 minutes walk from the Palace, as claimed! The distance is 1.1 km, so closer to 10 to 15 minutes.
The second bedroom is not private (open door and windows to the living room, so should not really be described as a second room).
Parking is challenging. Best to park in the open air parking lot next to the flat on the main road. The parking in another complex is inconvenient, and there is no way to park in front of the flat for any long period of time.
