About this house rental

Close to horse riding, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. Palace of Versailles is an easy 9-minute walk away or make quick work of the 7-minute drive to Parly 2 Shopping Mall. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at either Versailles (XVE-Versailles-Chateau Train Station), a short 3-minute walk away, or Versailles-Chantiers Station, 12 minutes away.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the TV. Bathroom amenities include towels, toilet paper, and soap. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Great little apartment in the heart of Versailles. Had everything we needed as a family of 4. The neighbourhood was very safe, clean and quiet at night. At least when we were there in August anyway. The building was also quiet at night and we slept very well. We also parked in the street in front of the building and had no issues. Breakfast of freshly baked croissants in the morning while sitting by the large French windows looking at the dome on Cathedral St. Louis was perfect. The only complaint is the stairwell leading up to the apartment. The stairs are very uneven, and the stairwell is not lit at night. This could be a safety concern that you should be aware of.

Fabulous location, so easy to access everything. The apartment itself was wonderfully comfortable and spacious.

Easy walk from train, quiet neighborhood . Kitchen was nice -but bathroom had mildew/mold on wall as did all the window frames. Couch was an uncomfortable futon, toilet seat was wobbly, and didn’t fit right. No shower soap- bottles were empty. Communication from Host was lacking.checkin was not smooth. On day 2, We were locked out because the code was changed and we weren’t notified- frustrating as it was cold and snowy! Ok for 2 people- would be tight for any more.
