In a nice neighborhood. Good location if you have a car. This is an older 3 level home updated for modern times. Lots of wonderful natural light. Nice little private garden behind home. Coffee and sugar were provided. A huge plus in my book. Front entrance to Versailles Palace is 2.1 miles. Lovely walking path once you are on the boulevard. All-in-all, this place is a great value
Let me begin that the below comments are more of a commentary than dislikes.
The photos make the property appear a lot bigger. There are 3 levels in this home. The first is the kitchen and bathroom with a shower. (Owner should install privacy curtains in kitchen for when you get out of shower. You need to dress in the kitchen after you shower) The second level is the living area and the third level has 2 bedrooms and bathroom with tub and handheld shower.
There are 2 bakeries (wonderful) a local pub (which was fun) 2 takeout Chinese restaurants (both mediocre and tasteless) and a City Carrefour (well stocked!) within easy walking distance. There are no cafe/bistros within walking distance in the neighborhood. This is not a bad thing. Just something to consider. In addition, the local train passes during the day directly behind the property. Again, this is not necessarily a bad thing. The kitchen is stocked with the very basics. (Owner might consider a cutting board and a knife for slicing/chopping) Cleanliness could be improved. Cable TV has only French channels. This is not bad. Just something to consider if that is important. Owner might consider a couple of English and French tour books for guest use and a guest book for guests to write comments of great places, cafes and fun things in the area. For example, Vous cafe walking distance from the Palace was wonderful and I would highly recommend it.

Propre et fonctionnelle
Linge de lit très propre et serviette aussi
Il faudrait un petit rafraîchissement dans le logement
Exemple : une barre sauté en bas de l'écran TV
Pas de prise dans la chambre derrière
La porte wc et douche en bas fermé mal
Le frigo manque de clayette et fait du bruit
Enfin dans l'ensemble le logement est bien mais un coup de renov ferait du bien ☺️

Het was heel ruim.
Op de site staat dat het tot vijf personen kan. De vijfde persoon kan op een slaapbank, stoelen zijn er voor personen. Het beddengoed voor de vijfde persoon waren ze vergeten klaar te leggen. Ze weigerden diezelfde dag (terwijl ik het rond vijf uur meldde) nog beddengoed te komen brengen. Dus ik moest maar zien waar ik onder ging slapen.
De RER, dicht bij de accommodatie, was in onderhoud. Dat was niet verteld. We moesten daardoor een uur naar centrum Parijs extra reizen per enkele reis!
