Excellent location to visit Versailles by foot and to take the RER C to spend the day in Paris . Perfect carless stopover on our road trip. The apartments are just like in the pictures. There is a supermarket and boulangerie across the street which is convenient to buy groceries for breakfast . It is the second time we stay here (this time with kids) and we will stay there again next time.
It was not an issue for us as we travelled light but we were on the third floor and there is no elevator. Also the entrance to the garage was a bit tight but ok inside , which again was also fine as we were not planning on using the car until we left.

The receptionist was very helpful even though it was the end of the shift. He accompanied me to the car park to make sure everything was ok. Excellent customer service
The bedroom is a bit tight but the quality of the apartment is very good

Fantastic apartment for family with small children. The receptionist is so friendly and welcoming. The access is easy and painless. The apartment has all you need to cook basic meals, and it has a clothes washing machine. They remember to even provide washing and coffee pods and cleaning liquid for the basin. The apartment is a quick walk from the Chantiers train station and 10 min walk to the palace.

The accommodation was as expected, clean, airy and comfortable.
Early communication after booking was good, I even received a telephone call the day before arrival to discuss check in times.
However on arrival the experience was not good. The property is not obvious from the road especially whilst driving, the road is fairly busy with very limited parking on the street. This was not really an issue to me as I can understand this is not the fault of the property. I parked on a no parking zone further down the road to call the property for directions and instructions, the lady told me when she answered that she would call me back in 3 seconds. Approximately 15 minutes later I called her again, no apology for keeping me waiting. She told me to do a u-turn in the road and drive to opposite the property, as I said the property is not obvious from but she walked across the road to give me a garage key. She pointed to roughly where the garage is and said she would call me again in a couple of minutes with the parking space number.
I found the garage and drove in, (entrance is very tight).
Shortly after entering all of the lights went out so was in complete darkness apart from my car lights. The lady didn’t call with the number so again I called her. She said “sorry I was on the phone” knowing I’m waiting in the garage. I parked, then had to unload my luggage and find my way out of the garage in total darkness. When I got back to the property I was left outside on the pavement because the gate has a coded lock and of course I have not yet been given the key or code. Eventually the lady came out and didn’t even apologise for the lack of welcome so far. After entering I told the lady I was not particularly happy about my arrival experience at which she didn’t seem to appreciate my honesty.
I believe this person may be a staff member and not actually the business proprietor, therefore if this is the case I would suggest some training is required.
