Spotlessly clean, very helpful accommodating hosts even when we arrived late in the evening. Beautiful view of the sea and close to a delightful old town centre. We stayed only one night but well setup if one were to stay longer (kitchen, laundry, well-stocked etc ).

- Ottima posizione, parcheggio disponibile nel garage a 7€/giorno
- Aria condizionata funzionante (seppur solo un condizionatore)
- Bagni e cucina per forniti
- Terrazzo comodo per asciugare i panni/salviettone con lavatrice e per mangiare di fuori con vista mare
- Appartamento pulito, abbastanza insonorizzato, il passaggio del treno non era un grande problema
- Proprietari gentili e disponibili per ogni cosa
La struttura è un po' vecchia, alcune cose sono aggiustabili/migliorabili come la finestra della camera che dà sul terrazzo che è rotta.

La posizione- vicino al centro di Formia. Il garage (a pagamento di 5 euro) proprio sotto la struttura. La cortesia e la gentilezza dei proprietari.
Sembrava di avere il letto nella stazione dei treni😃 i treni passano frequentemente- non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte. Il condizionatore posizionato in camera da letto di fronte al letto è impossibile tenerlo acceso di notte. Abbiamo prenotato per 3persone 1camera matrimoniale e la seconda camera -stava scritto con il letto singolo ( la seconda camera non esiste- il lettino posizionato in un angolo della cucina- per me la camera è una stanza con la porta).
