No breakfast included. But there is a very good cafe within 100M. And directly across the road there is Caseificio Santa Lucia with the best Buffalo Mozzarella in the world!. It would be a crime not to try it. Town centre is an easy 10min walk.

La struttura è proprio di fronte al mare per cui l'atmosfera è bellissima, soprattutto la mattina e la sera.
Babi è stata gentilissima rispetto alle nostre richieste e disponibile.
Molto gradita la possibilità di richiedere cambio biancheria e pulizie a metà settimana.
Per chi ha bisogno di rilassarsi ascoltando il suono del mare è davvero consigliata.

L'accueil de Babi,sa gentillesse,ses petites attentions : petit mot personnalisé , mozzarella fraîche et bouteilles d'eau nous attendait (cf.photo).
L'appartement est superbement décoré avec de vieux objets chinés qui lui confère un aspect chaleureux dans lequel on se sent bien.
La vue incroyable direct sur la mer et Gaeta.
La petite terrasse et la possibilité de s'allonger sur des transats.
L'accès direct à la plage avec des transats et un parasol à disposition.
Le parking facile dans les rues attenantes.
Pour que ça soit parfait,il faudrait améliorer la salle de bain :mettre une paroi de baignoire (le rideau, ça colle)et mettre des étagères ou un meuble sous l'évier pour nos affaires personnelles.
La climatisation sur la terrasse pourrait être un peu cachée.
Enfin la plage attenante n'est pas très propre mais Babi n'y peut rien !
