proprietaria disponibilissima e gentile in tutto e per tutto, anche dopo aver lasciato la struttura. la struttura ha tutto il necessario, unica nota dolente le televisioni con connessione solo ad internet molto lente lasciano a desiderare, impossibile guardare un pò di tv anche in sottofondo, si sconnettevano sempre. Casa nuova, piccola ma molto accogliente, arredamento molto bello e lineare
la pulizia lasciava un pò a desiderare (molta polvere e capelli in bagno) e pochi utensili per la cucina.

WiFi was patchy, especially in the evenings. Did not have a wide range of kitchen utensils or plates (but good restaurants within walking distance)

L'appartamento è nuovo e molto pulito, il centro di Formia è raggiungibile a piedi.
Il WIFI non ha funzionato sempre correttamente (anche dopo aver effettuato il reset a mano) causando un disagio anche al funzionamento della TV Android (senza antenna) ; il riscaldamento dell'appartamento dipende da un solo climatizzatore posizionato nella zona giorno, con conseguente differente temperatura in camera da letto ed in bagno ; nell'appartamento gli accessori in bagno ma specialmente in cucina sono veramente scarsi (per esempio mancano tazze e tazzine per la colazione) ; inoltre l'appartamento, a causa della sua posizione molto vicina ad alcuni ristoranti, risulta rumoroso in orari notturni e la mattina presto.
