Modern apartment on top floor of a house in a very quiet countryside area. Air conditioning, mosquito screens on all windows, 2 large terraces. Everything you need for a stay for 1 or 2 persons. Perfect if you like peace and quietness and a countryside location.
The location is a little isolated (but 5 minutes drive from the outskirts of Formia).

Excellent apartment. Very comfortable, clean, with spacious gardens. It has 2 decks for eating, sunning, enjoying Tyrrhenian Sea, & drying clothes on wash day. Apartment comes with air conditioner & fan to keep warm air moving. Kitchen was well stocked with gadgets/dishes/cookery & has lots of storage space. Owner provided fresh tomatoes, basil, & olive oil from the garden.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana ed è stata un’esperienza eccellente. Elisa, la proprietaria, ha una cura straordinaria per l’organizzazione e per ogni dettaglio. Lo spazio è comodo, ben attrezzato e non manca assolutamente nulla. Ci sono due ampie terrazze perfette per rilassarsi, oltre a una vista piacevole che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Sicuramente un posto in cui ci piacerebbe tornare!
