'A window on Paradise' with its beautiful swimming pool, is situated on a hill just 4 km from Castiglione della Pescaia. The property is surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside with views of olive groves, orchards, vineyards and the Mediterranean Sea.
'A window on Paradise' offers a totally relaxing environment, where you can enjoy the beauty and peace of the Tuscan countryside yet within easy reach are many of the most beautiful sandy beaches and / or rocks of the Tuscan coast.
The apartment Ambra (4 + 2 pers.), About 160 square meters, placed in the villa 'A window on Paradise' with use of swimming pool, is equipped with every comfort with elegant furniture, it has a private entrance and central heating.
The apartment is on two levels:
- Entering we find a bright living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. From a large window leads to the terrace with table and chairs where you can have lunch or dinner with a magnificent panoramic view stretching from the plains below, and extends to the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
- The lower floor, which is reached by a staircase, there is a large area with a sofa bed for two people, two spacious double bedrooms, one with access to a veranda with sitting area and private garden with stunning views overview, two shower rooms and a laundry / ironing.
The apartment Amber is equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, stove with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, TV with German and Italian channels, charcoal barbecue, iron and ironing board.
On demand it is possible to add a single bed in a room ...

Wir haben den Urlaub nach einer Woche abgebrochen!
Ein sehr schönes Haus, jedoch war der Urlaub nicht zu geniessen, aufgrund von Mosquitos (Gnitzen, ital. Seraphina), die uns total zerstochen haben. Von Seiten des Vermieters gab es keine Vorkehrungen, wie Fliegengitter obwohl das Problem bekannt war. Drinnen konnte man in der stickigen Luft nicht atmen und außen wurde man von dem Ungeziefer attackiert.
Zusätzlich fanden eine Woche lang ruhestörende Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus statt und sogar Schrankaufbauten auf der von uns gemieteten Terrasse. Das zusätzlich gekaufte WLAN hatte kein unlimitiertes Datenvolumen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 adulti e una neonata...locazione interessante, la piscina ha reso il soggiorno perfetto...si potrebbe migliorare il tutto migliorando dei dettagli nell'appartamento, ma nel complesso un bel soggiorno

Ciao a tutti, siamo stati qui durante le due settimane centrali di agosto, due famiglie con bimbi piccoli.
La casa è grande e si vive bene insieme avendo a disposizione ognuno la sua camera da letto.
La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, lavastoviglie compresa.
Sul terrazzo ampio una bella grigliata l' abbiamo fatta volentieri.
Cenare alla sera sul terrazzo, tra aria fresca e panorama, vi mancherà.
Posso solo consigliarvi un soggiorno qui, unico neo, gli ambienti non sono climatizzati, ma con un semplice ventilatore abbiamo risolto.
La piscina è a pochi passi dalla porta di casa.
La proprietaria sempre gentile presente e disponibile.
Colgo l' occasione per ringraziarla di tutto, sperando di rivederci per un' altra vacanza.
