Trilocale fully furnished, consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 3-bedded room (double + single), living room with 2 sofa beds and kitchen with dishwasher, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, large terrace. Two entrances (one for each bedroom).
Prestigious area surrounded by pine trees, with cliffs overlooking the sea, access for residents only (barrier to entry with vigilance 24h).
2 swimming pools, 2 pools of sea water carved into the rock, pitches on the rocks with umbrellas and sunbeds rental service, private sandy beach.
Bar carvery daytime sea, bar restaurant pizzeria in the evening at the pools sweet, internal market.
Tennis courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, children's play areas.
Parking lots, service-guardian concierge.

La proprietà ha risposto alle nostre esigenze, l'appartamento era in buone condizioni. Ci ha lasciati insoddisfatti il fatto che nella seconda camera matrimoniale non ci fosse il letto ma un divano letto poco comodo, cosa non specificata e non c era la vista mare dal terrazzo.

La résidence est très bien située dans un ensemble magnifique et calme. Les 2 piscines sont très agréable, mais celle en bord de mer, construite dans sur les rochers est vraiment très belle. L'accès à la mer se fait depuis les rochers mais tout est très bien équipé et simple, un vrai plaisir. Le petit restaurant self en bord de mer, près de la piscine offre des plats simple mais bon. Il y a une petite épicerie pour dépanner, très bien, un autre restaurant au bord de la piscine où les pizza et les spritz sont très bons!
L'appartement est confortable, la literie est bonne, la terrasse bien situé. Des ventilateurs sont disponible, mais il manquerait effectivement un climatiseur peut-être, mais c'est vraiment un détail.
Daniela qui nous a reçu est très gentille et serviable, ainsi que toutes les personnes que l'on a rencontré.
Daniele nous a très bien assisté par email pour la réservations.
