The area of Capo D'Arco (private access with guard) is surronded by an oasis of natural beauty. Beautiful resort "Capo d'Arco", surrounded by trees. In the resort Capo d'Arco, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: terraced garden, natural garden, 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, private beach, tennis (extra), beach volleyball, garden furniture. In the complex: restaurant, bar, table tennis. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 3.3 km, ferry "Rio Marina" 13 km, sandy beach "Brigantino" 500 m (small). Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 5 km, Capoliveri 11 km, Rio nell'Elba 13 km, Portoferraio 18 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Guarded residence. Additional accommodations can be booked. Guests can use the swimming pools (sea water and fresh water) free of charge except the use sunloungers and umbrellas (extra). Bar, restaurants and market (01.06/15.09). WIFI signal is garantuee only near the pool area (fresh water one). Weder bei unserer Ankunft noch während unseres Aufenthalts hat die Vermieterin weder Kaution noch Geld für Wäsche verlangt und hat sich nicht einmal erkundigte, ob alles ok ist. Bei unserer Abfahrt hatte ich nun leider vergessen ihr die 40€ für Wäsche zu hinterlassen. Sie schrieb mir daraufhin 3 Nachrichten (Whatsapp).

Es ist eine fantastische Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Leider ist die Bestuhlung nicht sehr bequem und die Matratzen sind doch schon stark durchgelegen.

Siamo stati molto bene nel residence sia per la casa molto ampia e attrezzata che per la struttura e il personale. Torniamo a casa avendo vissuto un'esperienza indimenticabile. Abbiamo fatto il carico di serenità e bellezza!
