Surrounded by greenery, a 20-minute drive from Rio Marina, lies the District of Capo D'arco: a lush residential structure overlooking the private cliffs Punta delle Cannelle. A private cove, two freshwater swimming pools and a saltwater swimming pool overlooking the sea embellish the living room.
To satisfy every need at your disposal there is also a self-service restaurant and a charming kiosk bar, just a few meters from the sea, and a small grocery store operating services from June until 15 September.
To meet your every need The apartment fits into a condominium context and is located on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms: one double, one with 2 separate beds and one with a bunk bed. In the eventuality, the living room sofa turns into a double bed. Both bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen is excellently equipped and spacious, through a gap looks directly to the bright living room with a balcony overlooking the sea and large enough to dine for up to 5-6 people. Another balcony instead illuminates and ventilates the double room.

Tantissimi i pregi di questo appartamento che e' situato in posizione ideale, vicino alle piscine e al mare con una vista mozzafiato sulla costa e sul verde. La terrazza e' il pregio principale dell'appartamento dove si puo ammirare l'alba, mangiare al fresco, riposarsi e leggere fino a tardi.
Il soggiorno ci ha riservato delle piacevoli sorprese: il silenzio che nel residence e' considerata cosa sacra e tutti lo rispettano; poca gente negli spazi comuni anche nelle settimane di ferragosto; la gentilezza del personale e soprattutto di Daniela, la concierge.
Due settimane sono state poche per esplorare tutto il dominio di Capo d'Arco: passeggiate e scorci sul golfo di Porto Azzurro, escursioni nei vicini borghi ed attrazioni naturali. I nostri figli hanno adorato giocare a tennis nei campi a pochi passi dal residence, giocare a ping pong, passare ore in piscina (ben sorvegliata dai bagnini), tuffarsi nel mare pulitissimo, mangiare la pizza napoletana (quasi) tutte le sere.
Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario per le attenzioni e la cura dell'appartamento. Abbiamo passato un'eccellente vacanza e certamente torneremo!

appartamento che rispecchia la descrizione, ampio ( noi eravamo 5 adulti e con le 3 camere e i due bagni siamo stati alla grande!!!), areato e con una vista spettacolare, in un contesto forse unico a l'Elba per quello che offre: piscine varie, bar ristorante e pizzeria, un'eccezionale cura per il verde, tanta tranquillità e naturalmente il mare... bellissimo!!!
