Villa asub saare vaiksemas piirkonnas. Meri kohe üle tee. Elementaarsed mugavused olemas. Villa õues mullivann. Auto on kindlasti vajalik.
Villasse saabumisel oli väike pettumus kuna terrass ja õueala ei olnud puhtad. Terrassimööbel ilma katete/patjadeta. Ämblikuvõrgud akende äärtes. Aknad, ukseklaasid mustad (
*naabri õues koerad kassid; kassid pidevalt ka meie villa territooriumil (eriti kui terrassil süüa). Kasside ja koerte bioloogiliste vajaduste rahuldamise tagajärjel tekkinud lõhn häiris . Kohanesime.
Köögis tundsime puudust teravast noast või koorimisnoast. Kohvikruusid mõrased, pann oleks vaja välja vahetada.

Nice place,near the beach,in a small village,free parking space,in front of the building,close to restaurants,shops,supermarkets.Washing machine,all you need in kitchen and bathroom,welcome gift.
Many mosquitos,barking all day neighbor dog.

The property is in a great location, close to local supermarkets, a 30 second walk to the beach and around it’s about a 5 minutes walk to the restaurants.
The property has everything you need!
Natasa was wonderful throughout and was always there to help when needed. she is so so lovely.
The stairs are pretty steep, made of marble and there are two flights of them, my 6 year old son and my 74 year old dad both had a fall on these so I always had to watch them.
The beds and sofa are quite firm which we found abit difficult during the stay. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed Athina.

obiekt był nieprzygotowany do przyjęcia gości ; brak ciepłej wody nie włączona instalacja podgrzewająca wodę. W łazience klapa sedesowa niewłaściwie zamontowana -zniszczone śruby mocujące, wylewki prysznica zużyte woda leci bokiem ; niedziałające oświetlenie zewnętrzne - przepalone żarówki. Patio przed domem nie posprzątane. furtka wejściowa z zepsutym zamkiem nie można jej było skutecznie zamknąć. ogólnie po sezonie zimowym obiekt został tylko pomalowany a nie sprawdzona była sprawność urządzeń.
