nice and big villa, perfect for the family. three rooms with an air conditioning, the kitchen with almost everything you need, two bathrooms, some old but still entertaining PlayStation, the ping-pong table 🥰 the perfect view to the private church and the sea. a lot of animals wandering around the place, platoni for example 🥰 so it’s a great location for real. the sea is in about five minutes on foot, the beach is lovely since it’s no one there, also it’s stone and pebble but there’s no problem if you go a little bit to the right, there’s some nice entering. we totally loved the place. btw Gennadi is a perfect town to live on Rhodes. and Theo and Anna are the best hosts 🥰
we’ve got some issue with hot water, but our hosts’ve been helpful about fixing this problem so there’s nothing to complain

We rested with Theo and Anna in August 2021. We are delighted! The house is large, cozy, 7 - 10 minutes from the sea, there is everything you need for the beach, an umbrella, chairs. There are sun loungers on the balconies. On the second floor, each room has air conditioning. Very nice, calm and quiet place. There is a small town nearby with shops and restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and nice people! We will be happy to come back again!

Beautiful well maintained property close to nature and overlooking the fields and sea. Balconies all around so you can move in and out of the sun as you choose. Magnificent views, close to nature with sea one side and mountains the other.
House contains all the amenities we needed, including WIFI, AC, well fitted kitchen, parking, sun loungers, BBQ, coffee making facilities.
We were welcomed by the gracious owners Theo and Anna, who explained the house and settled us in.
A wonderful stay all round, and we have been visiting this village for 24 years.
