Пляж не далеко і без людей що дуже сподобалось, але якщо вам хочеться взяти шезлонг з зонтиком то доведеться пройтись на інший пляж)
Дім охайний і чистий, часта постіль. В домі є все необхідне (пральна машина, посудомийка, тостер, весь посуд і багато іншого)
Дуже рекомендую! Ціна-якість на висоті)

The host is very friendly, the house is in a great location, close to taverns, and the sea is beautiful. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and a simple breakfast snack in the fridge. The house was well-equipped.

Villa is a nice size and spacious enough to serve our needs for our family of 6. There was excellent and friendly communication from the host and the lady managing the villa with all questions answered promptly. Added touches including the bottle of wine and cakes in the fridge were very welcome. All in we really enjoyed our stay, it is a great value holiday villa.
The location is a little further from Gennadi than I had expected about 1-2 km, it was hard to walk there with small children especially with the lack of walkway on the busy road into Gennadi. It is a nicer walk via a quieter road to the restaurants in Kiotari. The buses were also sporadic and not to the timetable. I would strongly recommend to hire a car if staying here. Some parts of the villa are perhaps a little tired/needing updating and some of the beds were very hard although these are not big issues
