This is a very nice house, perfectly suitable for 9 people. Everything was clean and well-prepared. It’s equipped with everything you might need. The garden is lovely, and the pool is great — it was cleaned by the owner every few days. There’s also parking space for 3 cars at the front of the yard.
The owner was very kind and helpful, giving us clear instructions for both check-in and check-out. When we arrived, there were plenty of food and drinks waiting for us, which was a really nice touch.
The village is close by, with lots of great tavernas, shops, and even a few bars.
There was also a mother cat with her kittens in the yard, and we fed them some kibble every morning — it added a nice, cozy feeling to the place.
We had a wonderful time at Nikos’ house. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this villa – it’s perfectly located to enjoy the more developed coastal areas of Rhodes while also being close enough to the edge of the tourist zone to get a taste of the “real” Greece. The nearby town of Gennadi was a gem, with fantastic restaurants and an amazing local bakery we couldn’t stay away from.
The villa itself was homely, spacious, clean and really well-stocked – everything we needed was there. You really don’t need to pack sunscreen, aftersun or even shampoo. There is a cupboard that is well stocked with these sort of items and the food and provisions left for the first night are unbeatable. There were all the essentials but so much more. Trust me that you don’t have to worry about getting anything if you are arriving late at night.
The pool was a great size, with lots of fun inflatables to use and there were so many lovely spots in and around the villa to relax or socialize; depending on the mood. There were spaces for everyone. Towels were generously supplied along with clean sheets if necessary.
A fun bonus: the local cats were an absolute delight! Buying them treats became part of our daily routine.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet authentic Rhodes experience. I would book this villa again in a heartbeat.
Nothing. The location is on the main coastal road in the south east of the island. It is set back from the road so is not noisy apart from the occasional bus starting up or lorry passing through. A car makes life a lot easier but the bus service is adequate, and the bus stop is straight across the road. It is just very hard to find information on! I would 100% book this villa again if I were returning to Rhodes. Top tip: It is possible to catch a bus up to Faliraki and then get the express bus across to the airport. We had people coming and going and the airport is a good hour and a quarter away so being able to put someone on the bus was a relief!

The villa was stunning. Spotless. The 10m pool was perfect for our needs. Plenty of outdoor space and seating/sun loungers.
Communication with Nicos was first class and couldn't be more helpful.
His father came 3 times in our 2 weeks to clean the pool. Always gave us notice of his arrival.
A fantastic welcome pack awaited us plus the house was stocked with many essentials which we replaced as necessary.
The villa was a 15 min walk to the lovely village of Gennadi however the road was fairly busy..
A car, while not essential as it was on a bus route, it was handy for shopping and otherwise exploring
Genaddi, while small, had everything you needed with great restaurants and bars and a fabulous bakery come cafe, that served the best coffee, ever, and great array of cakes and pastries.
I would return in a heartbeat.
We had 2/3 days of unseasonal cloud and showers. Unfortunately, the hot water is solar powered so we had lukewarm showers those days. Otherwise the water was boiling and plentiful
