Farmhouse Casabella in Tuscany

Great place to chill at the pool or see the nearby attractions as long as you have a car to get around

We had a very pleasant stay. It was very hot at the time but there was a light cooling breeze on the terrace and fans in the house meant we slept well. Plenty of room in the house and a welcoming host. Pool area is a bit tired but the water was cool and we enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Peaceful location but so very close to Siena. Casabella is a lovely spot, nestled above the vines with distant views of the Tuscan landscape. The pool is a bonus, refreshingly cool with a nice deck for those less inclined to splash around to keep a watchful eye while remembering why Aperol is such a good thing. Marzia and Renzo are wonderful hosts, sharing generous hospitality and the warmest welcome. We’ll be back :)

I Just returned home from a two week vacation to Italy. It was my fourth time to Italy, my second time renting a Villa and the first time for my wife and two children. It was very important that my wife of four years and her children loved Italy as much as I do because I want to go back as much as possible. Well that plan was achieved, thanks in great part to our one week stay at Casabella. First the owners are the greatest, most accommodating, and helpful people I've ever dealt with. Before my arrival I expressed and interest in some of the local wine, olive oil or cheese tastings. Marzia the owner set up the most amazing Truffle hunt and tasting for us as well as another tasting at the end of our week of local authentic Tuscan food. I cant tell you how much fun we had and how stuffed we were. Some of the pluses to this house besides its beautiful decorated and restored exterior and interior was being centrally located for everything its about fifteen minutes to Sienna and very close to Chianti, Pienza, Montelchino, and an hour by car or train to Florence. The countryside is filled with sunflowers and grape vines and olive trees everywhere. We went for a walk the first day and discovered all sorts of cute little hamlets and old buildings everywhere. We will always cherish our trip to Casabella and our wonderful time With the owners Marzia and Lorenzo, and are already planning our return as soon as possible. I couldn't recommend Casabella more highly It was an experience we will never forget.
