About this villa rental
The Villa is a special place where you can enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday — a magical retreat surrounded by nature, where you can reconnect with your natural energy. A place where, by simply looking toward the horizon, you can “taste” a timeless view.
Facing south and located more than 350 meters above sea level, right in the heart of the Monte Serra Natural Park, the property features 6,000 square meters of olive groves and orchards, fully fenced, with two entrance gates and a large private parking area.
The villa is very close to the charming village of Buti, a town of Roman origin. It is a lovely tourist area with more than 12 restaurants (the nearest one can be reached within a 5-minute walk), many cafés, and a small grocery store where you can buy excellent organic Tuscan food. During the summer, the village hosts many local events, offering a wonderful opportunity to meet the local community.
The location is ideal for tourists: all the main attractions of Tuscany can be reached within a 30–40 minute drive, including Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. At the same time, you can also easily visit the beautiful beaches of Versilia and Forte dei Marmi.
If you prefer not to use your car during your stay, the villa is perfect. In fact, it would be difficult not to spend time enjoying our magnificent 12 x 6.5 meter swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 meters. The pool is equipped with water games and hydromassage features (foot massage system, counter-current swimming, mountain waterfall with a small children’s pool, two geyser beds, water cannon, and double whirlpool), making it feel like a true thermal spa. It is also surrounded by refreshing water mist streams, allowing guests to enjoy the sun without suffering from the heat.
The house is very comfortable and offers an outdoor barbecue, a pizza oven, and a 9 x 5 meter covered porch where you can enjoy your dinners. Inside, there is a 65-inch smart TV and a sauna, perfect for relaxing moments (please note that use of the sauna is not included in the stay).
The villa has 4 bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. An additional single bed is available in the ground-floor bedroom. There are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, and one on the first floor, also with a shower.
The kitchen is fully electric and equipped with an induction cooktop, so there is no gas in the house.
All these features make our Oasis the perfect place for your holiday in Tuscany. It is also ideal for cycling enthusiasts.

Beautiful house and location. Large, well-kept garden with pool. Everything very clean. Easy communication with the owner. Check-in and check-out uncomplicated. We would definitely come back.

A stunningly beautiful property with amazing views. This was our 2nd visit in the last 8 years and the owner has made a few improvements such as adding A/C but without compromising the Tuscan charm. We love this villa!! A particular highlight was a local chef Daniela coming to prepare a delicious 4 course meal for us - including the best tiramisu we’ve ever had! Thank you so much Marco for a wonderful stay
