About this house rental
The villa, located in a rural area, is ideally nestled between the soft and sandy beach of Marina di Pietrasanta and the sparkling town of Pietrasanta. The house is about 1 km from the beach and 5 km from Pietrasanta, a pretty town with dozens of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, well known for its art galleries and cultural life. During the summer you will find shops open at night everywhere in Versilia. the house is also very close to Lido di Camaiore (about 1.5 km), with its long and pleasant "walk" connected to the Viareggio promenade for a long and safe walk or a bike ride, without forgetting restaurants and shops. Forte dei Marmi with its incredible luxury shops is only 5 km away.
if you like climbing, the Apuan Alps are about 30 minutes away by car. Experienced cyclists will enjoy following the "Giro di Italia" route on the surrounding hills, while families will love the beachfront cycle paths that connect Viareggio to Forte dei Marmi and beyond.
the house is also a good starting point for visiting all of Tuscany. Lucca, with its ancient walls and its medieval charm, is only 20 minutes by car from the house and in summer it is particularly animated by its Lucca Summer Festival or in November by Lucca Comics. Pisa and the famous leaning tower are also very close (30 min driving). Florence is about 1 hour driving as well as the 5terre. The house is 5 minutes drive from the famous Versilia soft sandy beach, where your children can have fun playing for hours in a safe and clean environment. You can choose between a bathing establishment and a free beach. you will have a lot of choice and a lot of fun for you and your family. the bathing establishments always have a bar, restaurant and often also the swimming pool, sometimes they offer games and assistance for children, so that mum and dad can have fun or simply relax with a sunbath.
The nearest supermarket is about 800 meters away and is always open, Sunday included

At the sailing club of Marina di Pietrasanta (15 min by bike) you can have private sailing lessons on small sailing boats, suitable for your age and level.
The nearest golf course is the Alisei golf club (9 holes), which is less than 1 km from the house; A 15 minute drive from the house, you also have 18 holes at the Forte dei Marmi Golf Club

Well presented villa with a nice pool. The website photos do not do it justice! Outdoor seating/eating terraces at both ends of the villa ensure that there is always a shaded area in which to sit. Excellent facilities are provided, beds were comfortable and bathrooms all well equipped with good showers. Outdoor space is generous allowing for ball games and frisbees. Inside is nicely furnished and feels spacious. Our host was welcoming and always on hand for any queries and also with advice for things to do. Location is a bit suburban but generally pleasant and peaceful and the shops are a five minute drive away. We all very much enjoyed our stay.

Jättefint hus där vi inte tyckte annonsbilderna gav huset rättvisa. Finare i verkligheten. Tyvärr ingen ac som hade varit skönt då vi var där mitt i värmebölja. Området ok men något stora vägar att ta sig över när man skulle till affär och strand som inte kändes helt ok att cykla och gå på.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la très belle maison d Alessia. Tout est conforme au descriptif. A huit personnes, nous avions chacun notre espace sans être les uns sur les autres. Alessia est charmante et nous a très bien accueillis. La maison est très bien située : proche de la mer et des grandes surfaces tout en étant dans un quartier calme
.Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir. Merci Alessia😊
