The location is nice and especially the pool area on the property is great.
We had already stayed in Olimagio for 3 nights and extended the booking for 1 extra night, on Booking.com. Upon arrival, the staff was very indifferent to our presence. Nobody made an effort to really show us around on the property. They could definetely be more welcoming or accomodating throughout the stay. We did enjoy the location so we booked an extra night. We had to change rooms which was fine, but we were given the choice between 2 options that were not as presented through this website. We ended up staying in a room without AC, showerhead upholder was broken and it lacked some basic amenities such as toiletpaper. We felt quite burdened to ask for these things. In summation, the pool is great and the location is nice but the majority of the staff did not seem to have the hospitality one would expect for this price, nor was de room we stayed in the last night up to specifications.
