Portion of a farmhouse with exclusive swimming pool, able to accommodate 9 people in 3 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 4 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with tub, 1 living room, 1 kitchen. At guests' disposal an equipped porch, fenced garden, hydromassage tub, small gym. The farmhouse is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning and parking.
Exteriors and swimming pool
The property, entirely made of stone, whose construction dates back to the 18th century, is located outside a small hamlet. The garden with a beautiful well kept lawn descends from the house towards the panoramic swimming pool which measures 5x10 with a depth of 1.50 metres. On one side of the pool there are sun loungers, deck chairs, two large umbrellas and an outdoor shower with hot water. On the ground floor there is a panoramic terrace with a sitting area where you can have a drink and a porch with a comfortable outdoor kitchen equipped with sink, cooking rings, fridge, oven, dishwasher, a large table for the whole group, where you can dine while admiring the view on the green woods. In the garden there is also a heated jacuzzi for 4 people (2x2 metres) and a portable barbecue. The entire external area, with flowering bushes, is well cared for and is equipped with an automatic irrigation system. Parking on the property.Interior
The accommodation (230 m2), recently renovated, is equipped with air conditioning on both floors and mosquito nets on all windows, but also retains the characteristics of the rural buildings of the time with wooden beams and stone details; the very comfortable and refined furnishings are in rustic style.
The ground floor, with three external access steps, opens onto a living room with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with tub, a dining room that can accommodate the entire group with access to the outside. From here, going up an internal staircase, we access the first floor characterized by four double bedrooms (one of which with an added single bed), each with a private bathroom with shower. On the ground floor of the annex, in a separate room, there is a laundry with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.

Casale Fivizzano is in the green hills of Lunigiana, on the outskirts of a small hamlet and therefore not isolated, but still surrounded by beautiful woods with a relaxing view.

Important information
The swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. The gardener and the pool cleaner will be at the property, usually early in the morning or at other times to be agreed on, in order to not disturb your stay. For larger groups, it is possible to book Casale Fivizzano 14. The owners' home is located in a reserved area with an independent entrance.Activities and distances

What a fantastic gem, hidden away in a tiny village just a short drive out of Fivizzano.
The house has been beautifully looked after, as have the gardens. Everything was just as we'd hoped with plenty of space.
Carlo and Franka were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome. We also loved having chickens in the garden and feeding them our scraps.
Pool was perfect.
Nothing bad at all to say about our holiday in Spicchiano. Hope to return another time.

Just finished a week in Sipcciano at this amazing house. I have no faults it was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was beautiful. The views spectacular. Franca the owner was very hospitable a and a beautiful person who kindly made us a tart and gave us a bottle of wine for our arrival then one night made us a superb lasagne.
The town of Fivizzano was lovely with restaurants, bars and a great Carefour Express.
We would definitely return xx

We picked this home because we were looking for a home in Tuscany that was spacious and had a pool. We had never stayed in Tuscany before so we were basically shooting a dart at map and crossing our fingers. HOW LUCKY WE WERE! This area of the country is amazing. It is deep into the mountains and the towns are adorable and super friendly. You really feel like you are a part of the community in Fivizzano. If you are planning day trips everyday and enjoy tour guided trips, this might not be the place. If you want to zen out, pool, walk around town, have leisurely meals and sleep like a baby then this is the place for you. The home is perfect. AC in the main house and bedrooms. There is an upstairs indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen (both fully stocked). There is a separate guest house fully stocked with needs for small children. There is a pool shower and bathroom. There is a washer and a place to line dry your clothes. Your compound is gated in so you will feel very safe.
Here are my tips for staying in this amazing oasis: if you have kids bring floaties, the markets close early so if are arriving at evening or night make sure you bring in groceries or eat out (beware of Sunday hours). There is an open market in town on Tuesday for fresh vegetables, meats, and seafood. Get a full tank in Aulla. There is gas in Fivizzano but we had a small tank and you burn gas on those mountain roads (especially if you are running AC).
Again, if you like to RELAX, this is the place.
