About this villa rental
Independent villa in the green hills of the Casentino, in the medieval village of Quota, located 8 km. from the historical center of Poppi.
Ideal for those who want a holiday amidst nature and relaxation.
The structure ca. 150 sqm. It is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and adjoining kitchen, equipped with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and a large work surface. There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there is two double bedroom, a second bathroom with shower, and a third bedroom with a single bed.
Outside there is a wood-burning pizza oven, a barbecue, table with umbrella in a large porch.
It is made available firewood for the fireplace in room, oven and barbecue.
Guests are welcomed by a person of my choice, which will be available throughout the period of stay for any need, in person or by telephone.
The resort fee is on the slopes of Pratomagno, where there are numerous trails for walking and hiking in the surrounding mountains.
The center of the village of Quota can be reached on foot with a short walk (200 mt.). At the center there is a small grocery store (where is possible eat some typical food).
Many restaurants and shops can be reached by car in 10 minutes Poppi and Bibbiena.
Casentino is a quiet area full of ancient forests and medieval villages. The center of Poppi is located about 50 km. from Florence and 40 km. from Arezzo. It is also an ideal starting point to visit the Castle of the Guidi of Poppi accounts, the Sanctuary of La Verna, the Hermitage of Camaldoli, the Abbey of Vallombrosa and the beautiful Romanesque church of Romena.

This was one of the best places , we have stayed in many years travelling through South-Europe. It is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation a perfect experience. Many thanks to Mariateresa and her husband for the warm welcome and the wonderful time we had.

Das Haus ist wunderbar am Ortsrand von Quota gelegen, ausgesprochen großzügig eingerichtet mit Allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht und der umliegende Garten ist ein Traum! So kann man sich 100%-ig wohlfühlen.
Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut problemlos und wenn es ein Problem geben sollte, dann wird das sofort telefonisch geregelt. So soll das sein!
In ca. 200m Laufentfernung gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen und gegenüber liegt die örtliche Osteria/Pizzeria/Trattoria - besonders zu empfehlen sind die Involtini in einer Balsamico-Sauce!
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!
