Typical and spacious country farmhouse tastefully restored maintaining and enhancing the rustic style, disposed on two floors. The property is situated in a panoramic position overlooking the green Mugello valley, close to the village of Vicchio di Mugello, with its little lake. The house has a private garden of about 2000 sqm. equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue. Private parking on the property. The house is 700 metres from "Vicchio" (birthplace of Giotto and Beato Angelico), 35 km. from Florence (also easily reachable by train in just over half an hour), 25 km. from Barberino (motorway exit and Designer Outlet with over 100 shops of major Italian and international fashion brands) and from the lake of "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), 20 km. from the "Poggio dei Medici golf club", 45 km. from Peretola airport.
