About this house rental
Beautiful barn of 180 sqm completely renovated and ndtt in the green of the Tuscan partner, enjoys a breathtaking view and is ideal for a week or more of relaxation.
At the disposal of the structure there is a large swimming pool and the house is equipped with a 50-inch TV and internet connection ..
Near a few km there are Reggello and Pian di Scò two small villages very nice and where you can shop and spend a pleasant day.
Easily accessible and not far away there is also Vallombrosa that certainly deserves a visit and where you can make a nice trip in the woods.
the house can be reached passing through Pian di Sc and following the indications for Casabiondo.
the house is reached via a small dirt road.
we will still be waiting for you either at the motorway exit or at the nearest village.

Das Haus inkl. Grundstück ist traumhaft (Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis). Wir waren eine Gruppe mit zwei Paaren und insg. 3 Kindern (7, 5 und 1 Jahre alt). Das Haus ist sehr groß und die Zimmer schön eingerichtet . Der Garten ist traumhaft. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten mit tollem Blick und spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen draußen eingenommen. Der Pool ist groß und unser 7 jähriger konnte drin stehen (und hat dort schwimmen gelernt). Das Haus liegt abgelegen oben im Berg. Diese Abgeschiedenheit war für uns genau richtig. Wer täglich Ausflüge machen möchte nimmt besser ein zentraleres Haus (wir waren jeden zweiten Tag unterwegs). Hinter dem Haus gehen direkt diverse Trails los. So konnte ich jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück 2-3 Stunden in der Kühle wandern. Der Weg zum Haus ist die letzten 500 Meter sehr eng. Wir sind mit unserem BMW 216 gerade noch durchgekommen - breiter darf das Auto nicht sein. Der Besitzer Leonardo ist sehr freundlich und diskret. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden gerne noch mal wieder kommen.

Siamo Due famiglie con due bambini di cinque anni. Posto curato ed elegante immerso nella natura, isolato (la strada d'accesso sterrata e un po' stretta termina alla proprietà) ma era quello che cercavamo, nessun rumore se non quello delle cicale. Possibilità di camminate nel bosco di querce e pini dietro casa e gite in mtb. Proprietario sempre disponibile, gentile e discreto. Vivamente consigliato per chi vuole ricaricarsi

The house is in a fabulous location, high up on a hill overlooking the valley, in a very peaceful location. The access road up to the house as a result is a little challenging but of course you quickly get used to it. The house is very comfortable, it is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed using the garden and swimming pool, which gets sun throughout the day, with beautiful sunsets across the valley in the evenings. Wi-Fi was available in the house although a little slow, but this doesn't matter when on holiday.
We found it a good central location for days out to Florence, Siena, Arezzo etc.
The owner, Leonardo, was very helpful. He visits the next door house once or twice per week, but is quiet and discrete, and the garden and pool are for exclusive use of guests. Thank you for making it a very enjoyable stay.
We would recommend the house for a family that wants to enjoy a peaceful holiday..
