About this house rental

Close to cycling, fishing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 16-minute drive to Piazzale Roma or the 10-minute drive to Porto Marghera (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

As you settle into this 2-bedroom rental, you'll find a living room and air conditioning. Enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, and heating.

All and all it was an amazing stay! The location ended up being perfect/highly recommend checking out the local restaurants (our host recommended them and they were perfect). Alessandro was so welcoming and friendly. He was also very quick to respond to accommodate our needs-I highly recommend!!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Ankunft war einwandfrei. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Klimaanlage kann für 20€ zusätzlich genutzt werden. Die Investition ist sinnvoll, da es sehr warm sein kann und wegen der Stechmücken lüften nicht so gut möglich ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof Mira-Mirano, dort kann man kostenlos parken und kommt regelmäßig (1-2 pro Stunden) innerhalb von 25 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Venedig. Für die Fahrt haben wir (2 Erwachsen und 2 Kinder unter 15Jahren) für Hin- und Rückfahrt insgesamt 10,40€ gezahlt, also viel billiger als jedes Parkhaus und man kommt direkt am Canal Grande an.

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung, welche alles hat was man braucht. Leider war es bei unserem Besuch sehr heiß, sodass wir froh waren die Klimaanlage nutzen zu können. Neben den vielen Mücken ist nur der Straßenlärm negativ aufgefallen. Bei unserer Buchung war kein Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit den beiden Sachen überrascht. Dafür danken wir sehr. Die Kommunikation war trotz Englisch bzw. Italienisch kein Problem und wir konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an den Vermieter wenden. Die Nähe zu Venedig ist super und die Verbindung mit dem Zug war unkompliziert.

Comfortable and clean. Gated parking a plus. Owner friendly and helpful. Use of air conditioning cost extra but not a lot. Mosquitos a problem so could not open windows for ventilation. Screening them would help. Also a fan for air movement would be nice. Otherwise it was great. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Train a short drive and it was an easy trip into Venice. Good value.
