About this house rental
Apartment with independent entrance, in the center of Montegrotto Terme, recently renovated, of about 100 square meters, on the ground floor of an autonomous villa, with external garden.
The environment is extremely bright, spacious, welcoming.
It is located in an elegant and peaceful neighborhood in the heart of the thermal basin, very close to the most important thermal structures and swimming pools (y40) of Abano and Montegrotto.
Very convenient to the train station (500 m), which allows you to easily reach the main cities of art located nearby: Padua (10 min), Venice (40 min), Verona (45 min). Close to the main services (supermarket, shops, pizzerias, park), within walking distance.
The location is strategic for exploring the Euganean Hills Natural Park with the possibility of walking, cycling, hiking, mountain biking, golf, adventure parks (the Fiorine) and exciting food and wine stops.
Be enchanted by the breathtaking views surrounded by nature and the charm of the hills, but also by the suggestive medieval villages such as Arquà Petrarca, Este, Monselice and Montagnana.
Bed linen and towels with weekly change, tablecloth and napkins.
Washer and dryer on request.
The house is equipped with the main products and accessories for cleaning the house (soap, detergents, sponges, tea towels, etc).
Maid service on request.

We stayed for a week at Casa La Rosa and I must say that this was one of the best apartments we've rented in Italy sofar. It is big enough for a family of 4/5 or two couples.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and is very nicely styled. The apartment is on the ground floor of a large villa has a nice garden and is equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Check in and reception by our host Laura (who lives with her family on the first floor) went smooth and she provided us with some good tips on locations restaurants etc.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and supermarket, pizzeria and train station are all well within walking distance.
We took the train to Padova and Venezia and visited other locations by car.
I would strongly recommend this appartment if you're looking for a quiet base to visit the Veneto region.

Our week long stay at Laura and Massimo's property was great. They are friendly and helpful hosts always available if you have questions. The property in a very quiet location; it was spotlessly clean, furniture and beds all very comfortable, TV and internet (since I did some telework) five stars (*****). 2 full bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
The kitchen outstanding as well with all you need for breakfast and cooking other meals as needed. The welcome basket was full of goodies and first day necessities - nice touch! Supermarket is a 5 min walk away, train station also in walking distance 12-15 minutes. Car parking - no problem, multiple options We will be back soon! Laura - Grazie x tutto ed a presto!

It is a great place to stay. Super clean. Everything is arranged very well. Nice neighbourhood. Train to Venice is super easy. Laura is a great host and really want you to have a great stay. Highly reccomended

Die Fewo, in einem neuen Einfamilienhaus, ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und von einem gepflegten Garten umgeben. Sie war für uns ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Padua, Chioggia, Venedig und die Euganeischen Hügel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie versorgten uns mit guten Tipps und Infomaterial für empfehlenswerte Besichtigungen.
