About this house rental
Ca'Magnolia is a three-levels terraced house of 110 square meters located within the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills and the Baths of Abano-Montegrotto, famous for its thermal waters, wellness centers and specialized facilities in mud therapy.
The strategic position, just 4 km from the motorway exit, also allows you to easily visit all the most important art cities of the Veneto region.
Padua is 10 minutes 'drive away, Venice 35', Vicenza 45 ', Verona and Lake Garda 60'.
Ideal for families with children or couples, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4/5 people.
The house has free wi-fi and is composed on the ground floor living room with sofa, flat-screen TV with free Netflix, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, cutlery and coffee machine; on the first floor a sleeping area with bathroom, shower and hairdryer and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds, there is also an additional bed available when needed.
In the basement there is a large private garage plus a second bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Heating and air conditioning on all floors. A set of sheets, blankets and a set of towels are also included.
There is also a garden where you can relax in summer.
There is also a large free public parking area less than 50 meters from the house.
Piazza Mercato and the pedestrian boulevard with its shops are easily reachable on foot.
For those who prefer to travel by bus or train, at 200 meters there is the town square with the bus stop of the M line connecting Montegrotto with the Terme Euganee train Station, Abano Terme, Padua, Prato della Valle and Basilica di S . Antonio.
From the Terme Euganee Station you can reach Venezia S. L. in 40 ' with frequent daily runs.
Lovers of nature and outdoor life will certainly appreciate the proximity of the Euganean Hills, with its hiking trails, golf courses, cliffs equipped for climbers or dirt roads with climbs and descents suitable for mountain biking for the most adventurous.
The departure of the Villa Draghi path, a route of about 6 km included among other things in the Top Walk dedicated to Nordic Walking, is located 400 meters from Ca 'Magnolia and leads to a neogothic villa surrounded by a large hill park.
The other attractions of Montegrotto include the swimming pool Y-40 of Montegrotto Terme, the deepest in the world and the only one in thermal water, which will allow you to experience the thrill of an immersion, the archaeological area of Viale Stazione, the Butterfly House Butterfly Arc, the International Museum of Glass and Spas Art, as well as the Castello del Cataio in nearby Battaglia Terme and the Air Museum of San Pelagio.

We selected this property as we planned to tour a number of cities and towns in the Veneto, this proved very easy to do both by car and train.The property had everything we needed, but we ate out for most of our meals so did not have cause to use much in the kitchen.The air conditioning was invaluable in the evening when returning from our explorations.The enoteca practically next door, Colle Berta, was lovely and we would highly recommend both it and Antonella's apartment.The aptartment was spotlessly clean and Antonella was very helpful on our arrival and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well.

This condo was everything my friend and I was looking for in the Euganean Hills. We enjoyed day trips to the Lake Garda area, Monselice, Battaglia Terme and Padua. We also enjoyed days at the local thermal baths in Montegrotto Terme. We loved the restaurants, shopping and market in Montegrotto Terme. Antonella was a fantastic hostess. I look forward to visiting her and the Euganean Hills again soon.

This is one of the best and most comfortable accommodations we have ever rented. It has everything you could wish for, washing machine, coffee capsule machine, etc. The bathroom is a stunner. As a tip: It is certainly good to have a car with you to be able to visit the cities worth seeing in the area (Padua, Venice, Ferrara, Vicenza, Verona).
