House of approx. 50 quarter meters , on two levels, completely in stone, with wooden ceilings and porch that overlooks the pool.
The entrance leads to the living area with kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
In the living area there is a sofa bed (for a third guest).
Through a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where is the master bedroom.
The residence is equipped with satellite TV system, heating and private entrance.
Outside, large porch for the exclusive use, equipped with table and chairs.
They are part of the same property, 4 independent residences each with one or two bedrooms fully restored respecting the characteristics archittettoniche typically Tuscan.
The scene opens in a dominant position, with picturesque views over the valley of Casentino directly opposite the castle of Romena.

Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area.
