The apartment provides a good bed, internet and kitchenware. We found the furnishings comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with. It is on the outskirts of Florence. An approximate 25-minute walk to SMN train station however you can catch a tram at about a 4-minute walk. There is also parking on site if you have a car. Good air conditioning too.

Pros: I had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location is great too - it’s conveniently connected both to the airport (15 min with a bus or taxi) and the historical center.
Giuliano is a welcoming and helpful host; he responds to messages within minutes and speaks very good English. I’m definitely coming back.

For us it was an ideal, quite place since we still worked in our jobs. Whenever we went out locals were nice and helpful. All the amenities that were listed and used worked well.
Place offered a parking space, but a little confusing on how to properly drive out from it.
Overall, Giuliano has done a nice job with his apartment.
