Zelo prijazna lastnica. Apartma je na odlicni lokaciji, samo 20 min hoje do zelezniske postaje. Apartma je na mirni lokacijo s pogledom na morje. Zelo lepo urejen, cist.

Tranquilidad del lugar y sus vistas, entorno alejado del centro. A 25 minutos andando a la estación La Spezia Centrale, el regreso un poco más pues es cuesta arriba.
Alojamiento con posibilidades pero falto de mantenimiento y carencias. A la cocina de gas no le funciona el encendido. Lavavajillas estropeado, Puerta de terraza no corre bien, las almohadas son sacos de espuma horribles, cafetera pequeñisima insuficiente para cuatro personas,. Y sus carencias imperdonables hoy en día: no hay microondas, no hay internet/wifi, y lo que no puede faltar en una cocina italiana: un cortador de piza.
