Air conditioning was very helpful during super hot days.
The apartment was well appointed and well designed.
They helped find a luggage storage for the last day
The floor feels very cheap. There are wholes under the main floor cover and one may trip due to surface irregularities.

The apartment was very nice. Modern and roomy. Very close to the train station.
The area at night. People hanging on the corner all night and urinating on the building wall across the street.

Very close to the station so it was easy to do visits to neighbouring coastal towns which was lovely (avoid the railway bridge at night as some unsavoury characters hang out there)
David the host was lovely and welcoming on arrival. Apartment was nice and comfortable and there were coffee pods for the nespresso! Rooms were bright and clean.
There were towels and the bathroom shower was great. We were four adults and were all happy with the apartment.
Power cut when we got home on night one and the power board was not easy to find in the dark (it’s behind a white panel on a white wall by the front door!) however Ludovico was v helpful on the phone.
We were told to wait for a host to pass them our key upon checkout but they didn’t arrive so we wasted some time on checkout.
Toilet room is in need of some renovation compared to the rest of the apartment
The building is scaffolded due to crumbling soffits
The downstairs neighbour complained about footsteps and the sound of the dining chairs on the floor so I think floors are not very sound proof.

I like that there was a lot of space in the apartment, with high ceilings, three rooms (two bedrooms and a living room), and a separate kitchen. In Kitchen, you can find all you need - a dishwasher, fridge, stove, and coffee machine.
The flat was on the third floor (no elevator) but easy to get to walk by stairs. We had an awesome welcome - Philippe meet us, guide us through the apartment, and showed us what we can do in the city.
Also nice thing that train station is like few hundred meters away, so it is easy to get to other cities like Cannes, Monaco, Menton.
The air conditioner was working barely, it is located only in the living room. It was too hot to sleep in both bedrooms, you needed to open the windows. Sleeping with open windows was hard because of the bar, trains, and parking lot noises. The living room bed was very uncomfortable after one night's sleep I got back pain :( I do not recommend using it for sleeping.
In the Kitchen table and chairs were high (x1,5 normal size) and were uncomfortable for kids to use.
Balcony we didn't use cause below was street and there isn't any space, is taken by the air conditioner.
Bath and toilet need some repair job.
