Very good location, close to the airport and to tram L2 (access to the city center). The Saint Augustin train station is 2 tram stops away, so you can catch a train in 15 min. There is also a Casino supermarket very close.
Very silent AC unit, no problem to sleep with it on.
The shower had hot water and very good water pressure.
Unlike some other reviews, there was no problem with the 350 euro deposit. It was blocked on the card and released 7 days after check-out, as advertised.
Overall a good experience, would stay again.
The check-in process is quite inconvenient. Despite the studio being close to the airport, you must first take tram L2 to the other side of the city to pick up the keys from the agency and make the payment and then come back. It was documented and known up-front, but that doesn't make it less inconvenient.
Noisy from the nearby airport and the other rooms. We could hear conversations and music from the other rooms, as well as the washing machine in the common area.
The shower cabin was very small and it had no supports for shower gel / shampoo.
The windows had no insect screen.
The pillows are very small and not comfortable.
For longer stays, you have to buy toilet paper and cleaning products, as what is provided is not enough.
Not the best looking neighborhood.

The location is so ideal, there is a market nearby and a tram right outside, a cheap way to get around the place really close to the beach by tram

Comfortable and simple. Good value for money. There is everything you need. Staff is pleasnt and they will help you with everything.
