The apartment is clean and tidy.
The location is also very good. The tram stops right next to the house, which is a great convenience. We are very satisfied.

Location was great, there was a tram station right across the street - from there you could get to the center, airport (in 15 mins), and any other city in the French Riviera/Monaco
The apartment was very spacious
Well equipped apartment - kitchen had a lot of appliances including clothes washer, ironing, etc, there was a towel dryer in the bathroom, air conditioning
Fast internet
All rooms had balconies
The host is very nice, very responsive and always available
One of the beds in the bedroom was a sofa bed - not very comfortable
Kitchen light didn't work
Bathroom door made a LOT of noise
The oven was very dirty
