Authentic & sea view historic apartment in old port Nice.
Villa Claudia has been constructed over 120 years ago, now this apartment has been protected by Nice city hall as histroc monument.
Very old french style apartment in a calm local luxury district in Nice port on boulevard franck pilatte opposite the fabulous light house and near by coco beach.
"Villa Claudia ne" can accommodate up to max 6 adults and plus a baby travel cot.
Returnable security deposit: 200 €
Cleanning fee: 40 € (except the client cleanning)
Radiator electricity charge for winter: 30 €
3 pieces :
1) Main bedroom with backyard view -> for maximum 4 guest.
Double bed (140 x 190) & Bunk bed (140 x 190) + wardrobe
2) Lounge -> sofa bed (160 × 200) + TV + book shell
3) Panoramic sea view Dinning room -> round table + 6 chairs + dishes wardrobe
4) A fully equipped kitchen: Toster, Senso coffee machine, dish washer, oven, microwave, fridge
5) Bathroom: shower cabinet + clothes washing machine
6) separated authentic toilets
7) Garden -> table & chairs on backyard
Here are few wild sauvage local beach: la reseve, coco beach, etc.
Few minutes walking from the port of Nice and 10mn walking distance to place Garibaldi and old town.
Town center is only 20mn walk to place massena and Jean medecin.
Bus line 38 is in front of villa claudia, every 15mn.
Bus line 100 for Monaco is in Nice port church. 5 minutes from Villa Claudia.
Access from the airport: bus line 98 to port -> bus stop Promenade des arts (behind Monoprix supermaket at place garibaldi) -> bus line 38 for bleu rivage.
Villa Claudia is opposite the light house.

The apartment was more spacious than we expected, high ceilings made the temperature comfortable! It had everything needed for the long stay. Some equipment is already showing the age, but it is hard to beat for the price. Appreciated a fan in every room and near every bed. A dishwasher would be good ;) Nice ambience, with a few villas in quiet street, close to the port which also means there will be noise from the birds. A grocery and a bakery are 7 min away. Street parking is easy to find. The host was very helpful

Perfect location for multiple options in Nice. Accommodation was exactly as described. Extremely helpful hosts from the outset. Would return and stay again without hesitation.

We were there in September 2022 with 4 people for a week. For this, it was a perfect size with enough space and you get what is promised in the advertisement. A beautiful apartment in a very nice location and close to the sea and port with a mix of some new elements and the classic "flair of the region". All in all we had a smooth process - a big thank you to the host Jimin - and an unforgettable week. We definitely want to come back sometime.
